Jennifer Erbacher

Principal

Jennifer Erbacher is an experienced strategic communications leader who enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their unique communications goals.

Jennifer began her career in television news, telling stories as a general assignment reporter and anchor. The daughter of two educators, she took a special interest in covering stories about education and how it impacts children, families and communities.

In 2010, she traded in her microphone for a career in corporate communications, first working for the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation Foundation, and then leading the communications and PR strategy for the national nonprofit organization, Project Lead The Way. There, she served as the organization’s media spokesperson and was responsible for developing strategic communications plans to support large-scale change; supporting the executive team’s thought leadership efforts and public speaking engagements; leading crisis response and developing local and national media pitches.

Today, as principal of Line One, Jennifer partners with diverse clients across education, nonprofit, business and government sectors to identify their unique challenges and execute a public relations strategy that tells their stories and helps them reach their goals.

Jennifer is a graduate of Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business and the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as an alumnus of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. She and her husband live in Carmel with their two daughters.
